Payment Processing

All payments are processed through Stripe, a leading payment processing platform. By using our services, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. We do not store your payment information on our servers; it is securely handled by Stripe.

Subscription Fees

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle. The fees for your subscription will be charged to the payment method you provided at the time of purchase. The billing cycle and subscription fee are detailed in your account settings.

Refund Policy

All transactions are non-refundable except as required by law. If you believe there is an issue with the charges, please contact us within 30 days of the charge date to address any discrepancies.

Price Changes

We reserve the right to change our subscription fees or billing terms at any time. You will be notified of any changes before they take effect. Continued use of the service after any such changes will constitute your acceptance of the new terms.

Failed Payments

If a payment fails, we may attempt to process it again or suspend your access to our services until payment is successfully completed. You will be notified of any failed payment attempts and given an opportunity to update your payment information.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and no further charges will be made. You will continue to have access to the service until the end of the current billing period.
